Box volume keep fluctuating really loud and really low
Cant contact anyone been going on 3 days the volume on the vSee box I purchased a week ago keeps fluctuating loud then very low I tried the props nothing working I read I fooled cant find how to fix this problem everything else its working fine so far as I can see Im very frustrated from the volume going up so loud on its own please help thanks

Waiting on a rep to call back
My first box that was purchased has heat live and live ultra apps; the second box that I purchased does not have heat live, and I'm wondering why or how I can put it on my other box. I would like a phone call at 610-401-****.
Intermediate delays on channels even after rebooting
No answer! Phone disconnects as soon as it is dialed what shitti customer service!
Please connect me right away! I shouldnt have to write a 100 symbol letter to contact someone

Lost Peacock App?
Trying to retrieve Peacock App. Help chat not very much help.
Had to go to a friend who has VSee to accomplish the retrieval.
He went thru the process in a few minutes and now I have to find the process to update the app.
Still working on it. So, found the App, now have to try and update it and then download it onto my TV so that I can watch some great movies on Peacock.

Remote won't restart box after being turned off. Switches channels randomly white watching.
Volume doesn't get very loud. Can I pair both tv and soundboard to this remote?
